May 29, 2008 - Changes Coming to Castlegate Pictures, L.L.C.

Castlegate Pictures, a privately held Limited Liability Company located in Omaha, Nebraska will soon announce big changes to how the company does business.

May 23, 2008 - Still Photography now available.

Castlegate Pictures has always made still photography an integral part of business, but now we are making it available as part of your package deal.  We are proud, as always, to use Sony cameras in order to give you the best images possible.

May 22, 2008 - Castlegate welcomes Sony Cinealta and Apple as primary tools and announces completion of transition to HD.

Castlegate Pictures now uses Sony's "Cinealta" HD Cameras and Apple's Mac Pro 8-core machines exclusively to create world-class projects.

Sony Cinealta cameras are at the forefront of digital filmmaking today, with credits in Star Wars - Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, and Cloverfield.

Of course, Apple has always had a strong presence in both Hollywood and independent film since the dawn of the digital age.  We could not be more pleased to have adopted their technology.  Most of the films you see today have at one point or another gone through a Mac.
